Autologic Diagnostics Ltd required a highly technical web site solution that would provide advanced services for all their international dealers including Multilanguage support, secure access to software downloads and discussion forums for technical support. SomCom were chosen because of our experience with highly technical website solutions.
SomCom worked closely with Autologic Diagnostics Ltd to understand their technical requirements. We built an upload facility into the website so that Autologic Diagnostics Ltd could distribute their software to dealers with secure password access. We also incorporated a forum for dealers to receive technical support and promote discussion.
With the technical requirements satisfied, SomCom were asked to redesign the website and provide Autologic Diagnostics Ltd with the ability to add, edit and upload information directly to the website.
We provided an enhanced CMS web platform that handed over full control of their web content including e-marketing to their distributors. Autologic Diagnostics Ltd also have multi-language support and search engine optimisation ensuring that their new look website is more effective than ever.
